  • Refrain from doing actions that you wouldn't appreciate being done to you.

  • I will ignore DM's that don't state their purpose.

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

GENERAL

  • Do not use it for NFT activities or AI reproduction

  • I have the right to refuse a Commission

  • I have the right to stop working on a Commission, or cancel a Commission request due to rude/inappropriate behavior, or breaching the Terms of Service.

  • I have the right to use images of the Commission for promotional purposes (uploading it on social media), unless I am told not to!

PAYMENT

  • Payments will be only accepted through PayPal / Ko-Fi / VGEN in EURO.

  • Full payments must be made before start of the Commission, or alternatively, a 50% up-front fee can be paid after approval of the Commission WIP.

  • In the event that payment is made in installments (50% up-front), the Commission will be received to the Client when payment is full.

  • It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure that they have converted currencies based on current exchange rates.

DEADLINES

Depending on my workload, the Commission shouldn’t take longer than a month You may request a WIP at any time.

USAGE POLICY

NON-COMMERCIAL WORK
> Use Illustration/Commission work in personal setting
> Use Illustration/Commission work as profile picture, header or wallpaper
> Use Illustration for personal merchandise. (such as keychains , lanyards, Vograce goods, etc.) Reselling is prohibited.COMMERCIAL WORK
> Make merchandise
> Use Illustration/Commission work for advertising, promotion, etc.
> Repost work.

WILL DRAW:

  • Original Characters (OCs)

  • Detailed character designs

  • Fanart

  • Mild Gore

  • Ship art

WON'T DRAW:

  • NSFW / Suggestive content

  • Mecha

  • Anything promoting hate and discrimination

  • Foul content (such as incest, pedophilia, etc.)

  • Fanart or Fan OCs from Fandoms that I’m uncomfortable with

  • Political themes
